How much can I earn on FieldFlow?
Pay is set per completed visit and ranges from $30 to $165 depending on the role, complexity and travel. Mobile notary visits pay $45–$125, phlebotomy $35–$95, legal DNA collections $40–$110, drug and alcohol collections $40–$120, fingerprinting $30–$85 and field nursing visits $55–$165. Your total depends on how many jobs you accept.
Do I have to work set hours?
No. You set your weekly availability and service radius, and you accept only the jobs you want. There is no minimum number of jobs and no penalty for declining an offer.
Am I an employee or an independent contractor?
FieldFlow professionals are independent contractors. You control your schedule and coverage area, supply your own transportation and equipment, and are responsible for your own taxes.
What if I am not certified yet?
FieldFlow University offers free certification tracks for mobile notary work, specimen collection, chain-of-custody DNA collection, DOT collection procedures and applicant fingerprinting. You can start the coursework before you are approved.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts run through Stripe Connect to your bank account after each visit is documented and accepted. You connect your payout account during onboarding.
What do I need to apply?
A valid credential for your role (or enrollment in the free certification track), reliable transportation, a smartphone, and a clean background check. Notaries also need an active commission, bond and E&O coverage.
How long does approval take?
Applications move through document review, credential verification and a background check. The onboarding assistant in your application shows exactly which items are still outstanding so nothing stalls.
