The FieldFlow Access Index

A single 0–100 score per U.S. county describing how readily a resident can get a credentialed professional to their door. Four inputs, published with the methodology so anyone can challenge it.

  • Coverage density

    Credentialed professionals per 100,000 residents, weighted by the service lines they are licensed to perform.

  • Time to appointment

    Median hours between a booking request and the first available on-site slot in that county.

  • Travel burden

    Distance a professional must cover to reach the address, and how often a request falls into an outlying travel tier.

  • Fulfillment reliability

    Share of requests that are accepted, completed on the first visit and documented without an exception.

Scores are derived from aggregated, de-identified marketplace activity. No customer, patient or appointment-level data is ever published.
