SMS Terms & Consent

FieldFlow sends appointment text messages only to people who opt in. SMS consent is optional, is never required to book a service, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Program description
The FieldFlow SMS program sends transactional appointment messages: booking confirmations, professional assignment and ETA, arrival alerts, completion and review requests, reminders, and — for professionals — dispatch offers and assignment details.
Opt-in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box during registration or checkout. The box is unchecked by default. We record the date, time, IP address, agreement version and the exact wording you agreed to.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by appointment activity — typically 3 to 8 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. FieldFlow does not charge for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact recruiting@fieldflowlab.com.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Message delivery is handled by Twilio on our behalf.
