FieldFlow is a customer-booking and dispatch platform that routes eligible service requests to credentialed professionals for specimen collection, legal notarizations, identity verification, fingerprinting, drug and alcohol screening, and related services. Professionals choose their own availability, service area, routes, tools, and methods, review job details, and may accept or decline any assignment without penalty. Professionals may also continue working with other clients or platforms. Because many services are regulated, FieldFlow may set credential, safety, privacy, and chain-of-custody requirements before a professional can accept certain assignments.

FieldFlow operates across all 50 U.S. states and is preparing a U.S. + U.K. pilot launch. The current recruiting focus covers U.S. launch metros and a U.K. pilot covering London and Manchester. Availability and requirements vary by location, credential, service type, and country.

Training available through FieldFlow University
You do not need to be fully qualified for every FieldFlow service line before you apply.
FieldFlow University provides free training and paid training options for professionals who choose to build or extend their service capabilities. Available courses may include role-specific certifications, compliance modules, and practical preparation for mobile field work.
Training can help you:

FieldFlow University courses are optional and voluntary. The required items are the credentialing, statutory qualifications, safety and privacy compliance, and platform orientation that apply to the service and location. Training does not replace a state license, professional commission, statutory qualification, or other requirement where one is required. FieldFlow reviews each professional according to the rules that apply to the service and location.
For example:
- A notary applicant must maintain the commission, bond, and coverage required in the state served.
- A phlebotomist must meet applicable clinical and state requirements.
- A DOT collector must complete the required DOT collection training before accepting DOT work.
- A fingerprint technician must meet the requirements for the equipment, submission type, and state or agency involved.

Service lines available to approved professionals
FieldFlow supports multiple service categories. You only accept assignments that match your verified credentials, training, equipment, and approved scope of work.
DNA testing and specimen collection
Professionals may support collection for:
- Immigration DNA testing
- Legal DNA testing

- Twin zygosity DNA tests
Legal and immigration collections require careful identity verification, documentation, and chain-of-custody handling.
Drug and alcohol testing

- Breath Alcohol Testing, or BAT
DOT work has specific federal requirements. FieldFlow will review the qualifications needed for each collection type before dispatch.
Fingerprinting and background screening

- FD-258 fingerprint cards
- FBI Identity History Cards
- FINRA fingerprinting
- General background screening
- Identity verification connected to screening workflows
Depending on the assignment, you may need appropriate fingerprint equipment, card supplies, submission access, and agency-specific knowledge.
Mobile specimen and blood collection
This category includes:

Professionals travel to homes, offices, healthcare facilities, workplaces, and other approved locations. Specimens must be collected, labeled, sealed, documented, and routed according to the assigned workflow.
Mobile notary services
Commissioned notaries may receive assignments for:
- Standalone mobile notarizations
- Loan signing appointments
- Hospital notary visits
- Jail and correctional facility visits
- Legal documents and affidavits
- Identity verification and related document handling
Loan signing, hospital, and correctional appointments may require additional experience, equipment, facility coordination, or training.

How to join in 3 steps
1. Upload your credentials
Create your professional account and submit the documents that apply to your role.
Prepare the following where applicable:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Legal name and contact information
- Current professional licenses or certifications
- Active notary commission and commission expiration date
- Notary bond and errors and omissions coverage
- DOT, BAT, or other collection training records
- Fingerprinting qualifications and equipment details
- Phlebotomy or clinical credentials
- Proof of applicable insurance
- Vehicle and smartphone information
- Service area, travel radius, and availability
- Right-to-work documentation for U.K. applicants
- U.K. statutory qualification for the service line involved where required
U.S. and U.K. requirements differ by country and service line. Apply for the country where you live and work. Upload current documents only. Expired credentials can prevent dispatch and may suspend your account until the information is updated.
2. Complete the background check
FieldFlow requires professionals to consent to background screening during onboarding.
For U.S. applicants, screening scope may vary by state, service category, and assignment type. For U.K. applicants, onboarding also requires right-to-work verification and a DBS check, plus any U.K. statutory qualification required for the service line involved. A U.K. notary or public notary qualification is not the same as a U.S. notary commission.
Requirements differ by country, service category, and assignment type. Apply for the country where you live and work. FieldFlow reviews those requirements before releasing applicable jobs.
Identity details must match your submitted credential and tax information. A clear, consistent profile helps the review process move forward without unnecessary follow-up.
3. Complete orientation
Approved applicants complete platform orientation before accepting jobs.
Orientation covers the practical parts of mobile dispatch, including:
- Accepting and reviewing a job
- Confirming client and appointment information
- Using the FieldFlow app
- Recording arrival and completion status
- Uploading required documentation
- Handling privacy-sensitive information
- Sealing and documenting specimens
- Following chain-of-custody procedures
- Reporting an issue or missed requirement
You may also need to complete legally required role-specific credentialing, a competency check, or other regulated service-line requirements before receiving assignments in that category.
How FieldFlow verifies professionals
Verification is part of the network process, not an optional profile feature.

Requirements differ by country. U.S. professionals and U.K. professionals are reviewed against the rules that apply where they live and work. Credential records must remain current. Expired licenses, commissions, or required certifications can block dispatch automatically.
For specimen work, privacy and chain-of-custody training are important. Professionals may need to complete a signed attestation confirming that they understand the handling, documentation, and secure transfer requirements for the assignment.
