Certifications, state licenses and notary commission numbers are reviewed by our team against the issuing body's record, including commission expiration dates. Expired credentials suspend dispatch automatically.
Commissioned notaries provide proof of bond and errors & omissions coverage. For specimen collectors, occupational liability coverage is recorded when a certificate is supplied. We display what is on file rather than implying blanket coverage.
Card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment elements and never touch FieldFlow servers. Professionals are paid out through Stripe Connect, and refunds are issued back to the original payment method with a ledger entry on your job.
