    Either party. Most labs ship kits to the collector or to the client; we log kit IDs at collection.

  • How do specimens reach us?

    Courier hand-off, prepaid shipping or drop-off at your designated location — configured per program.

  • Where do you operate?

    Booking is open nationwide across all 50 states. Coverage depth varies by ZIP code — search any address on our coverage page and we will confirm same-week availability or add you to the priority queue.

  • How are professionals vetted?

    Every professional is identity-verified, credential-checked and background-screened before their first dispatch, and credentials are re-verified on expiration.

  • How does billing work?

    Pilot accounts pay per appointment by card. Program and Enterprise accounts receive one consolidated invoice per month with per-location and per-cost-center breakdowns.
